Non-refundable orders

Due to the perishable nature of our floral products and the unique customization of each arrangement, orders are non-refundable.

Each creation is prepared to order with fresh flowers specially selected for you. Once payment is received, we reserve the materials and begin planning your arrangement.

Cancellation by Velours Floral

In the exceptional case where we must cancel your order (unforeseen unavailability, force majeure), you will be fully refunded within 5 to 10 business days.

Quality guaranteed

We are committed to delivering a product of the highest quality. If your arrangement does not meet our standards at the time of handover, contact us immediately and we will find a solution.
