Go to Our Collections, click on the Signature collection and fill out the order form. Full payment is required at the time of order, by credit card through our secure Stripe platform.

Pickup is available in Cantley and Gatineau — we will contact you to confirm the exact location. Delivery is also available: $15 for Cantley, Chelsea, Val-des-Monts and all of Gatineau · $25 for Ottawa and surrounding areas (Nepean, Kanata, Barrhaven, Orléans…) · $35 for the outer region (La Pêche, Manotick, Stittsville, Rockland…).

A minimum lead time of 24 hours is required for all orders. This allows us to ensure the availability of the freshest flowers for your arrangement. We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for special occasions.

Yes! For the Signature Bag, you can choose MAMA or MOM gold lettering (+$30). Two chain types are included at no extra cost: gold chain or pearl chain.

We accept credit card payments through our secure Stripe platform. Payment by Interac e-transfer is also available — contact us at info@veloursfloral.ca for this option. Full payment is required at the time of order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the unique customization of each arrangement, orders are non-refundable. In the exceptional case where we must cancel your order, you will be fully refunded. We are committed to delivering a product of the highest quality.

The lifespan of our arrangements varies depending on the flowers used. On average, you can enjoy your arrangement for 5 to 10 days. To maximize longevity: keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat, change the water every 2 days if applicable, and avoid drafts. Please note that flowers, colours and types may vary depending on availability and season — each arrangement is unique and handcrafted.
