Velours Floral is a sole proprietorship established in Cantley, Quebec, Canada. The owner is responsible for the protection of personal information collected through this site. For any requests, use the contact form at the bottom of this page.

When placing an order or sending a message through our contact form, we collect:

  • Delivery address (if applicable)
  • Order details (products, options, date, time slot)
  • Personalized notes left at the time of order

Payments — Stripe

This site uses only essential technical cookies required for payment functionality (Stripe). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some payment features may be affected.

Data retention

Your order information is retained for 12 months following your purchase to address any questions or disputes, then deleted. Data submitted through the contact form is retained for the duration necessary to process your request.

Your rights (Law 25)

In accordance with Quebec's Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25), you have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Be informed in the event of a privacy incident affecting you

In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec without undue delay, as required by Law 25.
