Minimum order lead time

All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to prepare your arrangement with the care it deserves. Orders received less than 24 hours before the desired date cannot be guaranteed.

Service areas

Velours Floral offers delivery to the following areas:

• Cantley — $15
• Gatineau — $15
• Ottawa — $25

Pickup is available in Cantley and Gatineau. We will contact you to confirm the exact location.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept credit card payments via Stripe. Payment by Interac e-transfer is also available — contact us at info@veloursfloral.ca.

Floral variations

Flowers are natural products whose availability varies by season and supply. In rare cases, some illustrated varieties may be substituted with flowers of equivalent quality and aesthetics. We will inform you if a significant change should occur.

Responsibility after delivery

Once the arrangement is handed over, the responsibility for its care lies with the recipient. Velours Floral cannot be held responsible for deterioration due to improper care after delivery.
